Volunteer activities: 20+ years as a 4-H Leader, current volunteer to 4-H, FFA, and Boy Scouts. Previous member King County, WA Mounted Search and Rescue Team. Previous Volunteer Firefighter and EMT. Currently serving on the Community Advisory Council for the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Department. Current instructor at outdoor youth camps, teaching survival and EMT skills, and Dutch oven cooking. She is also the current chairman of the Missoula chapter for the MDF (Mule Deer Foundation)
Theresa and her husband live on a small, sustainable farm outside Missoula, MT, where she raises her own organic garden and livestock. She uses her mule and horse for backcountry hunting and fishing adventures, and enjoys backpacking as well.

Brian grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Montana over 20 years ago to live the dream of an outdoor life-style and pursue a career in forestry. After graduating from the University of Montana in 2000 with a bachelor degree in Natural Resource Management, he continued his career as a forester in the inland northwest stewarding forest lands for clean water, timber production and sustainability. More recently, Brian had been managing the land sales program in Montana for an industrial forest land owner here in Montana. This experience was significant, providing an opportunity to branch into a leadership role focused toward marketing, negotiating and shepherding dozens of transactions to closing. His success can be measured by acres and dollars, but more importantly Brian reflects on the professional relationships and experiences developed with a multitude of buyers, public and private land managers, and real estate professionals during these years as his most valuable asset. Brian’s experience has earned him a reputation among those he has worked with as being honest, forthcoming and timely. His roots and passion are in LAND. My Real Estate journey has been an adventurous one. It began as a twenty something newlywed and expecting father, new to the area and working for a startup company in 2005 to becoming a Broker in 2006 and the United Country Regional Vice President in 2007. After traveling the entire Northwest seemingly nonstop for nearly 5 years, family needs called my wife and I back to Northern California in late 2011. Montana is magnetic though, and we found ourselves back in Montana and a change of scenery into the Gallatin Valley in the Summer of 2015. In addition to rebooting my real estate focus, I have also been fortunate to embark on a new path as a real estate appraiser. My practice remains focused on repeat and referral business with a passion for “detective work”- client representation and consultation with an emphasis on highest and best use, long term investment strategy and succession planning. Though I am equally proud to represent a first time buyer as a large acreage owner, one of my favorite pastimes is being in a field or on a mountain top somewhere of the beaten path exploring possibilities for a client. My greatest achievement in life is that my incredible wife Jenn agreed to marry me almost 15 years ago and that we were blessed with four phenomenal Children. Any day spent with them is automaticly awesome and helping a client along the way is icing on the cake!
